Verizon iPhone 4 pre-orders begin at 3AM Eastern on February 3rd
According to an email that Verizon send to current customers on Friday, Verizon Wireless confirmed that it will begin taking pre-orders for the iPhone for at 3:00 AM Eastern Time next Thursday, February 3rd.
Only existing Verizon Wireless subscribers are eligible for pre-orders, AT&T iPhone users and others looking to open a Verizon account when purchasing a new CDMA iPhone 4 will have to wait until the phone becomes available to the general public a week later on February 10th.

Test How Your Website Looks On The iPhone
A couple of weeks ago I came across an interesting tool that aims to help website owners and developers to see how their websites look on the iPhone, called iPhoney.
The problem with that tool is that it’s a desktop application, and that it only runs on OSX. I am a Linux user, so that was a bummer. I figured there would be something similar available online, though, and after some research I found it.
It’s called TestiPhone.com, and it pretty much allows you to load any web page and see how it will look on the iPhone. The only thing missing is the touch screen (but you can use the scroll bars to move horizontally and vertically).
If anyone decides to test the iPhoney tool as well let us know how they compare.

Bing joins to Apple iPhone as search engine
